What it does
Built by Censiary for CraneWave, the Jib Crane Configurator sizes a jib crane from a few choices, shows it as a live 3D model and produces the calculation sheet, drawings and an indicative quotation.
- Post jibs (including 360° rotating), wall jibs and knuckle jibs, with underbraced, overbraced or unbraced-head arms
- Capacity from 250 kg to 10 t; outreach, height under boom and slewing angle set by slider
- Options for slewing operation, hoist type (manual chain, electric chain, electric wire rope) and pendant or radio control
- Indoor or outdoor environment with in-service wind class (ISO 4302), and paint (ISO 12944) or hot-dip galvanised finish
- A live 3D model you can orbit, showing the sweep envelope, foundation and dimensions, with a scale figure
- Calculation sheet, GA drawings and foundation details, plus an indicative quotation with editable rates, all printable to PDF
- Runs in the browser and installs on iPhone and iPad as a home-screen app that works with no signal
