About the health score

The health score summarises recorded inspection findings and defect severity for each asset. It indicates recorded condition — it is not a compliance status or a statement of operational availability.

Records, not certification

Censiary records pre-use checks, inspections and thorough examinations made by competent persons. It does not perform or certify them. Completing an app checklist is not in itself a LOLER thorough examination.
